Hello everyone! . Ever since I have started decimal word problems for 6th graders at college I never seem to be able to get through it well. I am excellent at all the other sections , but this particular chapter seems to be my weakness . Can some one help me in learning it well?

I know how difficult it can be if you are struggling with decimal word problems for 6th graders. It’s a bit hard to help without a better idea of your circumstances . But if you don’t want to pay for a tutor, then why not just use some piece of software and see if it helps . There are myriads of programs out there, but one you should get a hold of would be Algebrator. It is pretty helpful plus it is pretty cheap .

Algebrator is a beneficial tool . I have used it a lot. I tried solving the questions myself, at least once before using the software. If I couldn’t solve the question then I used the software to give me the solution. I then used to compare both the solutions and correct my errors .

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving radicals, rational equations and sum of cubes. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, College Algebra and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program.

Sorry guys. But whenever I see those book and piles of homework, I just can’t seem to retain my senses. Thanks a lot for the suggestion and I will use it for sure. Where can I get this thing?
