I've always wanted to learn algebraic expressions for percentages, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've searched the internet for some useful learning tools , and checked the local library for some books, but all the data seems to be directed to people who already understand the subject. Is there any resource that can help new students as well?

Hi! I guess I can help you out on how to solve your homework. But for that I need more specifics. Can you give details about what exactly is the algebraic expressions for percentages problem that you have to solve. I am quite good at working out these kind of things. Plus I have this great software Algebrator that I got from a friend which is soooo good at solving algebra assignment. Give me the details and perhaps we can work something out...

I discovered a some software programs that are relevant . I checked them out . The Algebrator seemed to be the most suitable one for linear algebra, dividing fractions and simplifying expressions. It was also trouble-free to manage. It took me step by step towards the solution rather than only giving the solution. That way I got to learn how to work out the problems too. By the time I was done with it , I had learnt how to crack the problems. I found them handy with Remedial Algebra, Pre Algebra and Intermediate algebra which aided me in my math classes. May be, this is just what you need . Why not try this out?
